SKIN & HAIR PREP: Your Ritual Before We Arrive

Skin Prep: You Have Options

We offer two options to keep it easy

Option 1: DIY Morning Prep

• Wash your face and apply your regular skincare routine

• Include moisturiser and SPF if it’s during the day

• Avoid any new or harsh skincare products the day before

Prefer to stay relaxed? We’ve got you.

• We’ll cleanse, tone and moisturise your skin with our pro kit

• You just sit back and enjoy your transformation

  
  

FYI: Avoid heavy oils or acids the day before. We want your skin calm, hydrated, and happy.

Hair Prep: Clean & Bone Dry is Non-Negotiable

Great styles start with the right base

• Wash your hair the night before or early on the day of

• Ensure it’s 100% dry before we arrive

Need a blow-dry added to your booking? Let us know in advance so we can adjust your artist’s arrival time and pricing.

HOME & SPACE PREP: For the Ultimate Setup

Creating a professional, calm space helps you feel relaxed and lets us work our magic.

Let us know in advance. This keeps things smooth and punctual.

Lighting & Seating Setup

We need two areas to bring your look to life

Makeup Area:

• Near natural light (windows are perfect!)

• A tabletop space for our makeup kit

• A bar stool or high chair — helps us apply makeup at the perfect angle

  
  

Hair Area:

• Near a power outlet for hot tools

• A regular height chair or low stool

• Bonus points if both areas are in the same room!

Early Morning Bookings

If your session starts before sunrise, please make it easy for us to find you

• Leave a porch light on

• Wait outside if you feel comfortable
